Unsure of what change in the past 9 months but there has been a refusal to correct the issues occurring because of paperless billing that I have asked many times to be corrected. When you call and speak to someone you get cut off, talked over and just blatantly disregard. Would be wonderful if they actually fixed the problem and just sent a bill to the houses their services cover. Really hopful that after this last rude conversation the issue...
