Bottom line: the serving size and quality don't match the price.
I wanted to like this place more than I did. I love supporting small businesses and I was excited to see Japanese food in this small town. But, it's just not worth the price.
Whoever was on duty this day made the most sloppy philly roll I've ever had. There were pieces without any cream cheese and pieces with almost no salmon, and every cut was completely uneven from the other. And the rice was very salty, which was.. weird to eat.
The chashu ramen is fine, but is a very small portion in terms of broth to food. It wasn't the best I've had, but it was ok. Sesame chicken was fine, and the sweet and sour were fine.
