I had given this place always a 5 rating, my experience had always been great, to the point that I drove 1.5 hrs and always take my girlfriends along for the ride, meaning that they always had business on my end! About 2 months ago for my bday decided to make the trip with a friend, throught this time before they expanded the had this card system which once filled you could redeem the $10 towards the next purchase, my bill came out to close to 90 bucks, to my surprise they now had change the system in which the amount was greater and I no longer qualified for my $10 because with the new card I was wayyyyyy off from a discount etc, I asked Zack why wouldn't they honor since I had legitimately incurred the saving and perhaps going forward whatever left could go to the new card, his answer is what made me put them a 2 star rating and they lost me as a customer after all these years, very sad situation but he was very rude and sarcastic and an older lady standing behind him repeating like a parrot what he was saying.... my friend ended up buying nothing because she was in disbelief on how he was talking to me and I ended up just spending 20bucks not worth the hassle, because he "credit" me more on that stupid card he now let me know he was doing me a...

Worst experience I had with the manager and the assistant manager in this store! Both of them don’t know how to explain or answer a question they get asked. The so called manager is the most impolite, disrespectful, belligerent, dishonest defrauder women I’ve ever meet. She pretends to be nice and joyful to customers but in reality she’s not! When customers walks into the store the manager and staff are obnoxiously to happy.....borderline ANNOYING! Above all No manager should ever speaks to a customer the way she did. She lied to my face when I asked her about ítems i didn’t receive back from my drop off to realize my cloths were still on a manikin display by the window after she closed my account And never planed on returning that clothes to me. Plus she had the audacity while I was checking out to say “Don’t bring us more clothes” and laughed about it, instead of apologizing for the wrong doing she did, when I was getting into my car she took a picture of my license plates? I have been pondering a new Tumi briefcase and found one for a GREAT price at this store. My colleague then stopped into the store to look at it for me as I live almost 2 hours away, and she lives nearby the shop. Come to find out, the briefcase was marked down even lower than the price I thought that I would be paying as long as it was purchased in store. I called to verify that the price was accurate as it seemed awfully low, but it was correct. Needless to say, I paid $80 plus tax for an essentially brand new Tumi Briefcase that retails for $550. Thankfully, I happened to stumble across this deal because I truly couldn't bring myself to spend $550 bucks on a new one. Can't wait for my coworker to pick it up for me tomorrow and enjoy my new bag!
