What a terrible experience I had today. Wow I am shocked. I have been a loyal customer for years and basically was called a liar to my face. I had came in and bought a bong. Every bong obviously comes with a bowl in the neck, I had just gotten home and had realized that the bowl was not in the bong. Mind you I had asked him at the store if the piece was in there because it looked shorter, and instead of checking if it was, he just stated it was there. Then when I got home I had realized it wasn’t there or anywhere in the buble wrap, I called and let them know and right away I was greeted with a nasty attitude and was told “ no it was most definitely in there” I stated that it isnt and he argued and said that it was, (insinuating I am a liar) I proceeded to assure him it isnt there, so he said I could come in and pick up a new piece. I get there and was greeted with animosity and was told staff looked at cameras and I mustve let it slip? i felt very uncomfortable basically being told I am a liar by the whole staff. I wont be...

I admire ambition, but not if you're putting the sale above the customer. When I've gone there, Eddy (originally owner of the Headdy's shop), doesn't leave me much time to think and seems to push for a sale instead of a choice with more expensive brands of water pipes.
