I purchased two koi fish from this store, and within just a few days, my entire pond was devastated. The new fish introduced parasites that quickly infected the water, and despite my best efforts, every single one of my healthy koi died. I had raised them with care over the years, and losing them like this was heartbreaking.

I want to strongly caution anyone considering buying fish from this shop. Based on my experience, they do not properly quarantine or health-check their fish before selling them. What seemed like a small addition to my pond turned into a total loss.

Never been…never will. Customer service is sub par. I called asking if they carried a certain type of fish (clown killifish which is a nano freshwater fish) and he said sorry no we don’t carry saltwater. Really great experience! I came in looking for certain fish for my outdoor pond. I explained my situation and shared photos. The owner was so patient and helpful with me! He helped me plan for relocating the fish to my pond from the store and prepping the water correctly. The store has a variety of fish and all sorts of supplies at good prices.
