Fringe Hair Boutique — Local services in Allentown

I've been going to this salon for over a year. The past couple of times I was told to come in for full highlights but when I showed up, the stylist put 5 foils in my hair and called it a day. This time I made sure to mention that I'm really dark underneath and I want a full set of highlights. Once again, she put all the foils on the top half and only one underneath. The underneath one only has bleach half way day the hair strand so you see blonde then a line into my natural hair color. It's not like I don't give them enough time to properly do my hair since I always book full highlights and a haircut. If you are not friends with the owner or the senior stylist, you will be rushed out the door. This day, she was doing highlights on a friend's hair as I was processing. My mom and I got our hair done here last week for my brother's wedding. We are from out of town and so happy that we picked Fringe Hair Boutique to do our hair. They were so nice from the day I booked the appointment. Always so kind and responsive - as I sent them emails with questions and pictures. The day of the appointment, they were completely ready for us and so sweet! They fully understood who we were and what we like. They got both my mom and I's hair styles PERFECT! What a shame - I thought I had found a nice salon close to home. Cute interior and decent cut. However, I made an appointment for my son to have a cut. They got the time wrong, fine we all make mistakes...however, then I was told that I said 12pm for the time - I know I repeatedly said 12:30 even correcting the receptionist twice.
