Bella Winni Salon — Local services in Alton

my wife found this place and thought that the reviews were going to mean that we were going to have good service. first I was little annoyed because they went down there for a free consultation and got haggled into paying for a service the day of the free consultation.

My wife and daughter came home Happy about the consultation And Stoked about getting her hair done. the quote was for $175 for everything. now I work in an industry where my soul business is based on building quotes and structuring quotes. I don't believe in businesses quoting a partial price for something knowing full well that the customer wants more. then turning around and executing everything that the customer asked for and trying to charge them on the back end.

after everything said and done my wife calls me super upset because the total is $245. apparently the quote was only for part of the services that my wife requested a full quote for. I had sent them with $200 cash to give them a tip as well.

after sitting on the phone and listening to my wife go back and forth with whoever the lady was they took the total down to $210. this is still $35 above their quote on top of talking them into another $35 for a previous service.

buyer beware. these people will try to upsell you and charge you more on the back end than what they quote you. this is most definitely Shady and I will...

I’m pretty sure I wrote a review a few years ago, but I have been going to Bella Winni for ~3 years now and wanted to write another review! Jess works absolute magic when it comes to hair and she is so fun and knowledgeable! I feel so lucky to have her! Really, you can’t go wrong with choosing Bella Winni- Everyone that works here is absolutely amazing. My husband gets his hair done here by Britain and she does an amazing job. Today I had my first massage with Pamela and oh man was it awesome!!!! I got a deep tissue massage and it was one of the best massages I have ever had, and I have been getting massages regularly at other locations for years. All the ladies were wonderful, as was the atmosphere of the salon. Alexa did a great job on the color and the cut and I really liked the fact that she and Jessica consulted together on the color before we went ahead and they asked my opinion on a couple of different possibilities before we went ahead and that felt very reassuring that we were going to get what I was aiming at. They were excited about my plan for getting a perm on the 14th so that the cut and color yesterday could be finished up with curls. I'm very excited to go back and when my caregiver picked me up she was very pleased with everything she saw there and said how professional they were and how good I looked, and how much more...
