Worst Pharmacy Experience Ever!!!

My very sick husband went to the Urgent Care next door and the doctor called over some prescriptions. I went right over to the pharmacy to drop off the papers for the other two. She said “great thank you, about 35 minutes”, this was at 3:25. So we waiting until 4 and I went back in. I checked in at the pick up counter and they hadn’t even started his prescriptions yet. Twenty minutes later she calls me up and says “I’m sorry but we cannot process these, they need to be printed on two sheets of paper.” Ok, fine, so we rush back to Urgent Care and get them printed on two papers. Rush them back, it was about 4:35 and drop them off.

The second time we dropped them off I had to go back over all his information and informed them of his insurance. She was so rude and quickly to respond “that insurance doesn’t cover any prescriptions.” This was a total shock to me as it has always covered prescriptions and we pay a very small amount to get them. I tried to explain this to her and she kept saying nope. Didn’t even put him into the system to check or let me know how much they would be.

Absolutely horrible service I took the prescriptions and left.

I'm so done with hannaford! I stopped by tonight to get a few things for dinner . And I went to the check out and forgot my wallet. I told the clerk and ran out to get my wallet . Came back paid and left . Got all the way home and they forgot to give me two items. (I didn't think to check when I left the store ). So I called them , the woman said yes, we have the items here .just bring in your receipt and you will be ok. I went down told them I spoke to someone and that I left a bag here . That was a lie!! They made me go back and get the two items , I was just there less than 8 minutes ND I had to go back around the store for two fricken items . Ridiculous that they could not do that or just simply put my bag aside like the girl on the phone said they where doing .so I was not happy I had to drive back and run around a store again. I get it things happen , but to make ur customers go back when it was ur fault. IT is appalling How last week I got a moldy strawberry rhubarb pie in Concord and now bad service tonight. This is absolutely unacceptable HANNAFORD you need to do better or people are going to...

I am new to the area. So when I walked in I was impressed with all the BRIGHT COLORS!!! Very Lively & Fresh Feeling came over me. The Produce Area is awesome, everything is Crisp and moderately firm with no wilting of any leaves that I came across. As well as their floral area. Bright & Beautiful. Their Bakery & breads, wow so many decisions. Then their cheese area beautifully displayed. I didn't realize how many choices in cheese their area. Wow. This will be fun to play with & with the Fruit Spead to go with the cheese. OMG a New Love I Found.😍 I also needed to speak to the pharmacist about treating sinusitis that I was coming down with. As well as another otc product that I was unable to find on the shelves. He & they graciously offered their help to me. After that, I had to go. I spent quite a long time looking & reading all the different idems I came across. I must say, I enjoyed everything I purchased on my first visit @ Hannafords Superstore. I will continue to go on my next time up North which will be towards the end of the week....
