I had the privilege of visiting ClearChoice MD recently, and I must commend the exceptional care provided by Abby, the Nurse Practitioner, and Lauren, the EMT. Their commitment to patient well-being left an indelible impression on me.
My visit occurred just before closing, and I was initially concerned about the quality of care that my son would receive. However, Abby and Lauren went above and beyond the call of duty, dedicating over an hour of their time to ensure my son received the best possible care. This level of dedication and willingness to stay late to attend to a patient's needs speaks volumes about their professionalism and commitment to patient care.
Throughout the entire process, Abby and Lauren exhibited a level of kindness and compassion that is truly remarkable. They took the time to explain each step of the procedure, alleviating any anxieties my son had. Their reassuring and patient-centric approach greatly contributed to a positive and comfortable experience.
Beyond their extended hours and compassionate care, I was impressed by their medical expertise and attention to detail. They meticulously stitched up my son's injury, a testament to their skill and precision.
In addition to Abby and Lauren, the entire staff at ClearChoice MD exhibited a high level of professionalism and courtesy. The facility was clean, well-organized, and efficiently managed, which further contributed to a positive overall experience.
In conclusion, my experience at ClearChoice MD, thanks to the outstanding care provided by Abby and Lauren, was nothing short of exceptional. Their dedication to patient well-being, compassionate approach, and medical proficiency set a commendable standard for healthcare professionals. I am genuinely grateful for the quality care my son received at ClearChoice MD, and I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking top-notch...
Read moreI live most of the time in California and part time in New Hampshire in order to stay in touch with son and his family who live in NH. My PCP and other doctors are all in California. I was able to get refills of my prescriptions at Rite Aid in NH, since my CA prescriptions were filled by a California Rite Aid.
I was the only patient at their clinic when I stopped by at the clinic. It seemed there was no doctor was on duty and I was treated by a nurse.
I sought treatment for a cough, nasal discharge and sinus pain which has persisted for 3weeks, as well as treatment for nerve pain caused by a degenerative condition in my back. I have a prescription for Gabapentin which does a very good job controlling my pain, but absent a prescription in hand and with the demise of Rite Aid, I cannot get it refilled here any longer.
Without looking at my sinuses and only listening to my lungs, she declined to prescribe me an antibiotic, recommending instead a bunch of cottage cures (echinacea, honey, lemon, etc). She also was able declined to prescribe me any Gabapentin. This was after she was able to look it up and could see I have a current prescription that I cannot access here. She told me Gabapentin was a controlled substance and has become the most abused drug in the prison system. She told me if I need a prescription, I should go to the hospital ER for evaluation and perhaps they could write me a prescription.
Iâm pretty sure Gabapentin is NOT a controlled substance, and canât imagine it is the most highly abused drug in the prison system.
I think the person who treated me was lazy, and perhaps not even qualified to treat...
Read moreI am glad others have had positive experiences here, perhaps our experiences are one-offs. My husband took my son here a few months ago for an ear infection and it took about 2 hours overall. This recent experience took over 2 hours.
I normally go to Convenient MD in Concord but wanted to try a place much closer this week for the intense symptoms I was having suddenly. I will preface this by saying that I came on the 5th of July - so, while there were only 3 other patients when I got there, the waiting room was completely full on my way out. It took about 45 minutes for my information to be entered into the system and submitted to be seen. Others were being called at a similar pace and it seemed like some of this was related to disorganization but it very well could've been the volume that was coming in after me.
The nurse was fantastic, he did a great job with me. The doctor made me feel like he just wanted to move on. Before giving me a strep test, I told him that I have a major gag reflex and he just stuck the swab in without much care and I was coughing and gagging for several minutes after. I've had this test many times and have never had it done so aggressively before. The nurse came in to do it after and I explained that it had been done already. My diagnosis was "some sort of infection" and I was told the ER has more diagnostic capacity. I've never been told that at Convenient MD. I left with antibiotics and within a few days booked an appt with my PCP.
The manager of the location called me today and I appreciate that he listened and expressed that this isn't the experience they...
