If I could give no stars I would with this place. I had bought something back in November it’s now January and have been trying to get this defective product fixed since November. 24 hours after I bought said product only to be told that they’re not going to honor now because I had no receipt and it’s been past 30 days and didn’t have the product anymore. I’m sorry but who in the world keeps a broken product but I showed my transaction on my card if you’re looking for a place that cares about the customers I wouldn’t go to this place upper management and the store management is a joke and rude as hell because I had no receipt. Since they reopen they are staffed by managers no staff. They are so rude in there now and do not know anything about the products. I was in there Thursday night and my wife now sat tonight. Same rude manager. Was rude to me Thursday and now rude to my wife tonight. They are not knowledgeable of their products. In past they helped me find what I need or order it. The product purchased Thursday was not what I needed and their lack of kindness, no help and rude behavior now looking for another store to shop at. Horrible service, period. They need to bring back their qualified staff instead of these rude managers who don't want to be there who don't care to be polite ...

Loved my first visit to this store, but The second time the girl that was working was ridiculous. She watched us like hawks the entire time we were in the store as if we were going to steal. Every time we picked up an item to look at it, read about it, she’d peak her head around until she had a clear view of us. I understand preventing theft, but watching two people the way she did made the visit very uncomfortable. They have a decent sized tv with cameras on all angles of the store behind the counter. She could’ve watched us there without being over the top about it. Also just didn’t have great overall customer...
