This was our second time at this location, the first was a fairly large birthday party and that went exceptionally well and the most recent was a date night out.

Shirt story: We had a slight issue but the amazing bartender and GM on shift were great.

TLDR: The money manager was hanging out off duty in the kitchen, I identify this person and that because I asked prior to leaving and this was the information I was given, talking to the kitchen folks and upon walking up the counter I attempted to gain the attention of the person who previously assisted me. He approached the counter and I said I would prefer to speak with you from the other diners ordering. We proceeded to meet at the door to the side but he was unable to get past her and when I tried to speak with him she very rudely shut the door in my face. I just kind of stood there in total disbelief and went back to the counter and proceeded to share with them what both my partner and I experienced. She then decided to engage with me and after my brief description and her rude snarky tone I firmly announced that I was not asking for a refund but simply for them to be aware of the issue and to do better. I do not take the time to bring awareness to these things for self gain. I want our communities to grow. We spend our money at these establishments and as opposed to just boycotting I choose to try and engage with them for an opportunity to do better. The engagement with her was definitely the worst part of the experience, I do not believe she personally represents them in a whole but as I said before the rest of the employees, staff and whomever was scheduled definitely made up for it with their kindness so we will...

I had my son‘s birthday party there last year. Everyone had a great time from the children to the adults so this year I wanted to have my son‘s party there again because everybody had such a great time. It was terrible this time I spent $300 for my kid, my six-year-old to have a birthday party for unlimited gameplay When you get the unlimited gameplay the cards don’t work correctly. It took a while for them to even start working then when they did work, it will cool down and not allow the kids to play it for a while for my extra $50 but when you go down there and you spend your money and buy a card there’s no delays and there’s no cool down. They tried to give us one table for all the people that I had mind you I spent $300 on the party paid for it ahead of time in February then I had a big party come down there. We spent money at the bar and bought more food. It was not a good experience. I would not suggest anyone paying their money to have a party down there you might as well just go down there and have a good time. It’s no point of spending the money for the party. It’s not worth it. I was gonna have my cousin have his son‘s birthday party there this summer. It won’t happen. We’ll be back at Dave & Buster’s like we were last year. And I told them I wanted my money back. I didn’t even wanna have the party, but they couldn’t find my receipt to give me my money back so she went on ahead and accommodated me and gave me three tables instead of just one. Not...

I had heard about this from a friend, but they really undersold it. I’ve been to all the arcade bars in the general, St. Louis Metro area. This is by far the biggest and has the most modern games that I’ve seen.

It’s par for the course that you go to these places and a lot of the games don’t work. When I was there, I only came across one that wasn’t set up and everything else worked as expected. They seem to be very well taken care of.

There’s pinball, light gun games, VR games, racing games, retro games. They even have that massive tomb, raider light game that you almost never see anywhere, as well as every version of Mario Kart that hit the arcades.

I felt the prices to play the games was pretty reasonable compared to others out there. Obviously VR games are the most expensive.

The food and bar area is also quite good. The food is things like burgers and hotdog, but it’s quick and it’s solid. The bar has lots of drinks, but particularly as focused on frozen mixed drinks. The woman that was helping us recommended mixing a couple things together and it was really excellent.

Definitely worth the time if you’re in the area. Let’s say you’re going to Fast Eddie’s or something? I would stop in...

Have to say very impressed with the turn around of this place. The change is awesome. Took my son the other day he had a blast playing the games. Still great food. Awesome place to hang out and get food and a few drinks while the kids play games. The bartender nailed my drinks too. Hard to find good bartenders. Awesome place would recommend to anyone ‼️‼️‼️ I'LL BE BACK FORSURE. Updated. Came back for my second time and I'll never return again. Wow this time it was HORRIBLE. I SPENT $85 ON BAR FOOD. WAITED CLOSE TO A HOUR. WAS NOT BUSY AT ALL FOR THAT KINDA WAIT. THEN THEY FORGOT PART OF MY ORDER. SO HAS TO WAIT AGAIN. THEN TO TOP IT OF WE BARLEY EAT ANY OF THE FOOD. IT WAS GROSS AND VERY VERY VERY COLD. THEN WE GET SODA FOR THE KIDS. MY DAUGHTER HAD HAIR IN HER DRINK. THE BARTENDER WAS LIKE THAT'S NOT MY HAIR. I DON'T HAVE BLACK HAIR EITHER NOR DOES ANYONE WITH ME. AND TO TOP IT IF MY DAUGHTER WENT TO THE BATHROOM AND THERE WAS BLOOD ALL OVER THE TOILET ‼️ CRAZY YOU CAN GET GREAT SERVICE ONE TIME AND THE NEXT TIME IS GARAGE. THAT PLACE WILL GO OUT JUST LIKE THE PLACE 3 TIMES BEFORE THIS. SAD

I'm too young to know what an arcade felt like in its golden era, but I've been to about every arcade in the area (up-down, edisons, the escape etc) and none of them have the variety and volume of games that they do here. New and old. Tons of giant 4d shoot em ups. Game prices are extremely reasonable and the claw machines are winnable! I imagine how I felt was how kids in the 80s felt hahaha. When we came a couple months ago only a handful of the games were fully operational and the back room was closed. We still had a great time! Now, I'd say 75-80% of the games were functional and assuming with more time and business, they'll get them all fixed up and running! We seriously had a blast as two 20-something year olds. Unsure if they plan on doing a ticket/prize system, but I'd honestly prefer if they didn't if it keeps the prices to play the games lowered! I'm glad they're catering to more of the adult video gamers with 21+ after 8pm, and I wouldn't gripe if they turned into a 21+ only barcade 😉
