First time going I thought to myself " nostalgia at its finest". Such an amazing collection of games and video game collectibles. Really brought back some memories. My first experience was a gentlemen who I was selling some stuff that I didn't need anymore and felt someone else could enjoy it better than I was. So I handed this bag with a bunch of stuff and the gentlemen took it. He didn't seem very talkative so I'd try to spark some conversation. He answered my questions but that was kind of it, somewhat lacking but still nice guy. He does his thing checks the stuff, types in the computer to check prices and in the end says you want store credit or cash. I said cash since I have some other things to take care of and he gives me a number. I thought eh could be a little higher but I understand it's a business and they need to make money also so I agreed. He opens the register and gives me the cash and that was it. Now I don't like to compare companies but I just felt if I was selling my stuff I should be notified how much each item is not just a total. I know one of there other larger competitors gives you the price they will give you which is nice, cause if you don't like it you can change your mind and decide to keep it for sentimental value instead. That's the only drawback I felt with this experience. After I recieved my money I looked around and picked up a few unexpected items and the gentlemen was a little more open talking which was cool. He did steer me into your rewards program which is pretty cool since not alot of smaller companies do as such. I enjoyed my experience for the first time here and plan to return. But do consider for the customer if they are selling, to provide how much each item is and I think a 5 star would be definitely...

Read morefor years i have been wanting a GameCube, but whenever i would search online, i saw prices that were extremely high and sites that I couldn't trust. i pass by this store almost every time i head to Altoona, but i never entered the store until now. there's nice parking spots and the store looks very appealing. going into the store, i immediately got excited from all of the decor and how nice and retro the place looked. there were so many consoles in stock, more than i could ever imagine! i got my GameCube for $50 as well as one game for it. the guy at the counter was really cool and informative! i got home, hooked up the GameCube with ease, and happily played my new console and game. i had a lovely time shopping here and i plan on purchasing more games and even donating games in the future! i think all old-school gamers...
