none of the geeks in the store know much of anything. i had a repair done there to fix a mic on my computer it came back and i was no longer able to log into my administrator account. they said they didnt know how to do it either and they didnt own up to their responisblitly. then when logging into an alternative administartor account chrome did not come up and i asked the agent if i had to log into chrome first and he said you cant log into chrome????? that they must have wiped out all my favorites etc during the repair, ???? really???? not so all i had to do as i proved to him was log into chrome and all my favs were there of course as they are on the chrome server not the computer. what an idiot and this is one of there geek squad agents. not only that they dont honor their appointment times. and rarely ever have someone who knows more then you do about the computer. lousy management you cant even get a manager...
