30A Beach Girls — Local services in Alys Beach

I selfishly don't want to share this AMAZING rental company or their wonderful rentals with anyone. This will probably be the longest review you've ever read, but stick with me cause it's worth it. I'll start with the company. 30ABeachGirls is absolutely the best, and I'll share my personal story at the end. If you are looking to book with a locally owned, small business that actually cares about their guests, look no further. They go above and beyond to be easily accessible with fast and clear communications. It's like talking to your BFF! You truly know they care about you. 30ABeachGirls appreciates and values you as a guest and wants your vacation (that you work hard to afford) to be the absolute best. I just can't say enough about Hollie and the 30ABeachGirls group! The unit we stayed in was Emerald Isle 1308. Few key things to note on the unit: clean, well decorated and maintained, both beds were AMAZING QUALITY- not the cheap uncomfortable mattress that most have, and a huge 13th floor balcony with 3 rocking chairs and a pub table with 4 chairs overlooking the best Gulf views. I could say so many wonderful things about the unit, but in summary, it's exactly as described and better than pictures do justice. We will be staying again for sure! The resort has the benefit of close convenient parking and even easier/closer distance to the beach and ocean. This is so underrated. Less time walking through a big resort to the beach means more time doing what you came to do! This factor is especially great for families with small children with lots to haul to beach and those with physical hardships. Resort is right across the street from Mike's and close to grocery stores, other great resturants, pharmacys, and so much more. Condo does come with seasonal beach chair/umbrella service, which is a big money saver. If you've stuck with me this long, then I hope my personal experience helps to explain why this review is so long and detailed. My family made a last-minute reservation on the Friday of Labor Day weekend 2024 with a large and not so great rental agency, PHR. We are the type of people who don't complain when a food order is messed up so keep that in mind We arrived, and the conditions were so unfit our only choice was to drive back home. While waiting nearly an hour for a single response from PHR we found this unit, Hollie and the 30ABeachGirls and I am so grateful we did! We called after 5pm on a Friday of a holiday weekend and within 5 minutes she had us taken care of. In 15 minutes we were walking into a clean and as described (if not better) unit with a welcome gift box full of 30ABeachGirl merch and lots of VERY nice goodies. She was so genuinely kind and caring for our situation. At a time where she could've easily taken advantage of our misfortune and priced gouged us (because we were desperate) she instead graciously and expeditiously got us booked with a discount and offered an extended stay to make up for us losing a day of our vacation due to the other company. Something they had no part or fault in. All of this we never asked for, much less expected- Hollie did that on her own accord because she truly cares. She cared about us and I promise she will you too! She checked on us everyday just to be sure that we were having a great vacation and if we needed anything. Hollie fixed something she didn't break. Bookers Beware - Disorganized, Unresponsive and Unreliable

Our experience with 30A Beach Girls and AvantStay was nothing short of a disaster. We booked a rental through 30A Beach Girls in October 2024, paid a 50% deposit, and received confirmation. Based on that, we finalized all our travel plans: flights, car rental, baby gear, beach chairs, the works.

Weeks before our final payment was due, I noticed the same property listed as available on another rental site. I immediately reached out to both 30A Beach Girls and AvantStay via email and text (their “preferred and fastest” method of communication). I heard nothing. Days later, I finally got someone on the phone who confirmed our reservation. I raised concerns about the duplicate listing and asked what would happen if it got double booked. The agent said he would look into it and then I never heard back.

Sure enough, a few days later, the property showed as partially booked during our reservation dates. I tried again to contact both companies (emails, texts, phone calls) but got no response. I eventually reached out to the other rental agency, who were incredibly helpful and informed me that the property had switched management companies. 30A Beach Girls never notified us of this change. The new company had no record of our reservation, and the property had already been rebooked by someone else. I later learned we weren’t the only guests left in the dark by 30A Beach Girls.

At that point, I had no choice but to cancel our reservation just days before the final payment deadline. How could we pay for a property that wasn’t available? I received a notice saying we’d be refunded in 5–10 business days. Ironically, once I canceled, both 30A Beach Girls and AvantStay suddenly reached out, not to take responsibility or apologize, but to casually ask if I “needed anything else” after canceling my reservation.

It gets worse. I had to follow up twice just to get the refund process started. A week after canceling, I asked about the refund status. Beach Girls responded a day later, dodging my questions. Only after further pressing did they admit they had just initiated the refund, a full week after I canceled. Another week passed before AvantStay contacted me saying they couldn’t refund to my original payment method and now needed my banking info. I was told it would take another 10–15 business days.

In total, it took over a month to receive a refund for a rental they couldn’t even provide.

For a company that markets itself as a luxury vacation rental provider, the utter lack of communication, transparency, and professionalism is unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust them with a single night’s stay, and I strongly advise others to steer clear of both 30A Beach Girls...

What an amazing vacation at Endless Summer!! This house was perfect for our family of 14! The spacious bedrooms, the wide open living areas and kitchen, the multiple decks to view the ocean, the fun pool, the beautiful decor, the huge game room…all of it was wonderful. Each bedroom was beautifully appointed, had its own tv, and each had its own bathroom. There was also an extra half bath on each floor. A large living area was on each of the four floors and was great for different groups to gather in for tv watching, puzzle working, etc. The bunk rooms (one twin and one double queen) were great for our 7 grandchildren. A wet bar, a drink refrigerator, and a serving counter complemented each floor. The kitchen was amazing! Two dishwashers, a gas Wolf range complete with a flat top griddle, subzero refrigerator, ample cabinets, a HUGE island with barstools, a very large pantry, and plenty of cookware and tableware for all of us. No detail was omitted! It was a short, half block walk to the boardwalk going to the beach. Also, a six seater golf cart was provided with the house. The beach was not crowded and there was plenty of room for our tent and chairs close to the water. Endless Summer is a 10/10!!

30A Beach Girls took care of us from the moment of booking until we pulled out of the driveway to go home. We were celebrating multiple birthdays while there so cupcakes were waiting on us when we arrived. They made everything so easy and were just a text or phone call away if we needed them. They also set up a beach bonfire for us with Beach Boys for one of our nights. We were met on the beach by Bailey who had chairs set up, a fire going, tiki torches lit, and a cooler full of ingredients to make s’mores and bottles of water! Bailey was very attentive and made sure we had all that we needed. It was one of the highlights of the trip!
