Burger King — Restaurant in Florida

Currently in the drive thru. Been here 10 min with just 3 cars in front of me. I come here daily and it's all the same. 15min minimum wait in the drive thru. And they just take 1 order At a time. So now 3 people have left the line. I have a sleeping child in my vehicle and am disabled. So going in is not an option. Another car just left. Now I'm at the order box and no one is greeting me lol. I'll sit here until they do. I have time. Just ordered and paid. 15min in. The lady is very kind. They just can't get any help in this area. Maybe it's the pay, maybe people are just lazy in 2024. Sucks for those that do show up to work. They catch hell bc of the ones that are not even here. I just wish everyone could be happy. I'm mostly writing this bc I'm bored and Corp needs to know this location needs help. It's a super busy location as far as traffic and tourism. But if they can't get workers, the owner can't get a profit . I really hope they get some help. Otherwise the ones that do want to work will leave. Got my food 20min. Have a good day too the ones...

My onion rings were hot although my onion rings were supposed to be a medium and it was the size of a value fry if that. I also said something to her about the size of onion rings i ordered vs what i recieved and she literally just walked away.I asked for my receipt and I was told they couldn't give it to me. My sons fries were cold.they weren't busy but I tried to get the lady's attention to ask for ranch since the order kiosk didn't give me the option for ranch only zesty sauce, and after she stared at me 2xs when i obviously was trying to gain jer attention and she ignored me and walked off...idk I've been to wayyyy worst burger kings but the very little onion rings or the lack there if rather and somewhat of an attitude even though she didn't say anything rude the ignoring me and walking off with no response, not getting my receipt I asked for and being told I just couldn't get one and my sons cold fries..after me and my son worked 7 hours and just wanted some hot food... very...

Look, I’ve worked fast food so I know that it’s hell. But if theres nobody in the drive through, nobody waiting in the line or lobby for food - and yet, a pick-up order that I was already late for by 30 minutes STILL isn’t done, that’s wild to me.

And when they read the order back everything is fine. They seal the bag, everything looks good. Except the two things that weren’t in the bag. It’s the only fast food around and I only have 30 minutes for lunch. I’m not going to come back for something that costs less than the gas I’d spend going back.
