Amarillo Laptop Repair — Local services in Amarillo

I came to Amarillo Laptop Repair with an instability issue after updating to the latest HP BIOS firmware. I explained this to the owner and inquired about flashing my BIOS chip back to the original version, as HP locked rollback.

His solution was to reinstall windows 10. He then tells me he normally charges $100, but asked how much I thought was fair. I paid him $50 as he had in fact done something.... even if this was not what I needed at all or had asked for. My laptop is not fixed, it's still crashing. Windows reinstall doesn't fix BIOS incapability my guy.

Someone comes to you with an obviously advanced understanding of computers, inquiring about a BIOS rollback... and your first attempt is reinstalling windows?

Called late this evening, talked to owner about my computer concern. He said bring it in, so I did. He took my computer checked it out, gave suggestions, and I made decisions off his vast knowledge to fit my needs. The promptness of his services were 150 percent more than I expected.
