THIS REVIEW IS ABOUT THE STORE ON ROSS STREET. I went through the drive thru on S. Ross and wasn't able to make an order. No one ever said anything so I drove up to the window as it appeared not to be working. Juan was the guy at the window that was supposed to be taking orders and I explained to him that I never heard anyone at the drive thru and he rudely asked "what do you want"?. I started giving my order and a lady ran over to the window shouting that she's not supposed to order at the window and not to take the order. She acted as if I was criminal that had done some major. I explained to her what happened and she said in a hateful manner that she'd take it this time but not again. I paid for my order and when I got home and got my children settled I called back to speak to a manager and found that Francis, the hateful lady that did all the shouting was the manager. I asked for a manager over her and she said there wasn't one. I asked for the cooperate number and she said she didnt have one. I hung up and called the store on S. Washington and was given the cooperate number and told that Michael is who I should have been directed to. I called the cooperate office and explained what happened and how rude and unprofessional the two employees were and she asked if I wanted to get a free order of food or make a complaint. I told her I wanted to make a complaint because no one should be treated that way. I left my name and contact number and was told that someone would contact me. I was offended that the cooperate office would offer free food rather than take a complaint. That was almost a month ago. Read moreThe drive thru closes ealier than it's supposed to ( they will close the restaurant an hour before it's scheduled to close, without a reason). The service is very very slow even when they are not busy. They take online orders when they are closed due to city inspections and then you can never get in touch with other locations when you try to recover your order after you paid online. I love tacobell's food, but the service and quality has been getting ridiculously worse and worse. I wish i had a better location near my house. Also the staff have worked together on serveral occasions in my experience just to not have to make my order. Only one employee has ever helped me resolved one issue out of the many I've had at this location. I'm usually an understanding and patient customer after working customer service myself, but this is one of those places were they drive you off the edge. Read moreI usually really like this location and have never had a bad experience until tonight. My daughter wanted taco bell so we went through the drive thru. I ordered 2 bean burritos no onions, a crunchy taco with meat and cheese only & the double chalupa box. I checked the bag before i went home and we were missing a burrito. I parked went inside and told the girl at the counter who looked at the manager who was in the kitchen preparing food. She looks at me and says "i put the burrito in there!" As if I was lying about not getting it. I tell the girl at the counter I ordered 2, I had my receipt and there is only ONE in the bag. The manager gives an ugly look and tells the girl in the kitchen with her to make it. Well, I guess I should've checked my box too. It didn't have anything that it was supposed to. It had a bean burrito no onions (so that's where the other burrito went) and two crunchy tacos, no chalupa at all.
