Thai Yoshi — Restaurant in Amarillo

I ordered Beef Salad over the phone for pickup. I have been moving all day, and have no food and no idea where anything is, so let the restaurant handle it was my thought. My 2 year old was starving, and the meltdown was beginning! They asked the spice level, and I told them "zero, this is for a child". We get home, and there's red pepper all throughout the dish, and it's probably a medium! It tastes really good for me, but I'm not ordering for me. I call the restaurant to tell them, and they did offer to remake it. But that would entail another 20 minutes of driving with a screaming toddler to fix their mistake. What if it was an allergy? Why not refund me, and let me try it another time?? Now I don't feel like trying you again, and I just moved to the neighborhood. I was in a good mood, I tipped your staff, and I eat out 5+ times per week with business and personal combined. I'm glad this isn't the only Thai restaurant in town. Poor customer service, total...

Service was impeccable. Our waitress was timely and very sweet. Offered clear and consice knowledge.

One of the chefs behind the counter heard me finish my drink and when our waitress returned behind the counter from another table he stated "Table 1 needs refills". Just from what he heard. Fantastic attention to detail.

The food was bland and the portions were really small. We ordered delivery and didn't get all of our order. When I called the girl told me the price was the same with or without the rice (spicy beef with fried rice), and that we weren't owed a refund, I explained it wasn't about the money, I wanted my husband's dinner. She hung up on me. I called back and she told me to take it up with GrubHub, as it was their fault, I explained that it was NOT their fault, the restaurant had packaged up my order and left out part of the food.
