I had one of the best customer service experiences with the people at Cat-man-du Computer Repair service shop. They were professional, courteous, and best of all, experts in their field.

I reached out by phone to ask if they provided data recovery services for dead laptops. I talked to Crystal, who was extremely patient with answering my questions. I explained to her that I had a dead Asus Zenbook Prime ultrabook and I had no way of retrieving the data from the storage drive because it was small and had a proprietary interface. They indicated that they could take a look at the machine and see if the data could be salvaged. Lo and behold, 2 days later I hear back from them and they assured me the data in my drive could be recovered! I was extremely happy to hear that all of my pictures, music, and documents could be recovered with my dead computer.

Do yourself a favor and hire these guys for your computer needs. Stop wasting time trying to tinker with the machine yourself and let these great people take care of it for you. When our computer was fried, I was in total panic. This of course due to the history we have had with other repairs with other places in the past. So, I posted to Facebook seeking help and many of the responses I got said catmandu was the place to go. Right on! We took our stuff to Jeremy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was retrieved and installed new software that met our needs. Update! I was contacted by the owner's of Catmandu after having a major issue with my playstation console. Unfortunately after they performed some work on my hard drive, it failed to work properly. They tried their best to fix it, but couldn't. My original review was poor, but after speaking with the owner they have since went above and beyond to address the issue. The owner's here get it. They are great people willing to stand behind their work and I am thankful they took time from their day to reach out and correct what could've been a bad experience.
