These guys are awesome! I was at my wits end with a defective lightning connector for my iPad that left it impossible to either charge or backup. I couldn't find anyone in a drive-able distance that had knowledge/skills to replace this part (not a simple job). The Apple store or certified Apple repair would only replace. Electech ordered in the correct part for my model and, because I lived several hours drive away, they scheduled and prioritized my repair to make sure they could be finished the same day . I can't say enough about their technical expertise as well as their friendly and efficient customer service! This company does not do proper repairs to phones. Under a different owner. I've had repairs done and they were done correctly. All operating system worked as they should. Under new ownership the phones after being repaired do not work the same as a once did. ​According to the new owner they're using the same products that they always have used. Iuf that is so the screen would look the same and the systems would also work the same as out did from the last repair. The value of the product /repair is not worth the money that it cost. The owner of this shop is the most knowledgeable technician l have seen so far. While other techs told me l needed a new charging port for my phone, this shop owner inspected my phone and immediately saw he could fix the old charging port. In less than 10 minutes l was in and out, phone is now charging as new. On top of that, he didnt even want to charge me absolutely nothing for the repair !!! Unbelivable! I recommend this...
