La Super Economica — Local services in Amarillo

I usually enjoy coming here but i went in to shop and i was treated so rudely but one of the cashiers, she went to the cash register and i asked her if she was open, she totally ignored me and smirked, so we went to the other line that was open, both cashiers kept talking back and forth with each other wich i found extremely rude. The first cashier then saw a man with 2 beer bottles and proceeded to ask him if that was all he had, and he said yes, which then she proceeded to check him out but then he went and got a couple of more things and came back to finish the transaction, of course i was furious because she checked him out within seconds of me asking if she was open, as we were leaving i asked another employee if the manager was around and he said that the manager was at the other store, i gave this man my number and name and told him to give it to the manager to call me. The manager never called me. I guess he don't care if his employees are disrespectful. No problem, i no longer go to the store, i loved going there for the meats and veggies but i haven't been back and i don't plan on going back with this...

I come here once a week maybe even 3 times some weeks. Today I left one of the young girls a tip. I’ve seen the older woman with face piercings pretty short , be rude to these young girls plenty of times. Whether she’s their manager or not she needs to learn respect for others. Today will be my last day going there sadly. And to the young lady she was rude to, Im very sorry, I was a cashier once and expected more out of my boss/elders. I wouldn’t let that go by. To the other older lady, get a life and leave these young girls alone, if you’re going to say something say it in private not when there is a line of customers and then you proceed to make fun of her...

I used to go to here on the regular though the employees were never friendly or helpful at all. The last time I was was waiting in line, a woman opened a register to checkout some Hispanic folks who had just walked up. As soon as they were checked out she closed that register and went back to an inactive checkout to fiddle with whatever she was doing before, all the while ignoring me. It was obvious that I had been waiting a while. I've never been rude to anyone there or given dirty looks or anything, some people there are flat out inconsiderate, possibly even racist. I don't say that lightly....
