Ordered and order on Uber Eats for pick up on 12/25/2021 and said it was ready at 8:30 PM but when I sent my mom to pick it up they could not fond my order it had mysteriously disappeared yet it was already bought and paid for took them from 8:30 to almost 10 PM to fund my order despite order number and name and online receipt. Order was cold and fries were hard because of how long it took to find my order and when they finally found it the food was ready at 8:30 pm so it sat almost 2 hours and no doubt it was not placed in the warmer and when my mother mentioned it was cold the Lady said nothing they could do about it and never even offered to fix it so she took the order and left Lady behind the counter was rude and snobby and argued with my mother over the order saying they did not have it once again even with proof presented to them. Food was cold and once reheated tasted like rubber ended up not eating it and too much hassle to go back due them not being able to keep up with orders and too short staffed. If a business cannot handle the holiday rushes then they should not be open at all and should have stayed closed. I have callwd 8 times and obviously no one there knows how to answer a phone nor do they care to. I will be contacting corporate as the Rude Lady at the counter failed to provide the BK Receipt and the over all experience and I will have Corporate refund entire order when I am done and if not I can always do a charge back on my card and cost them money and we will not be back we will not be returning customers due to last night period this burger king wont get another dime...
Read moreI just relocated to Amarillo. I live close to the Amarillo boulevard Burger King children like Burger King so we occasionally eat there. Every time we choose this Burger King the service is really slow only two people working in there went inside the building looks like it should be condemned. Very rundown parking lot and building went last night said their system was down as I had ordered online refused to do anything about it said that they could not give me a refund or could not make my order even though I told them what my order was was very rude to us. Instead of telling us at the drive-thru speaker that they would not be able to fulfill the order where in this particular drive-thru if you pull forward you cannot get out they just said pull forward to the window and we were stuck there for 20 minutes to get to the window and say we cannot fulfill your order. I do not recommend this Burger King to anyone I've given him chance after chance thinking and understanding that it's hard to find people to work but every time you go it's the same thing and last night was less straw I will not go back to this...
Read moreI place an order through the app I requested no lettuce on the OCS. As my son is allergic to lettuce and his sandwich had so much lettuce on it, I could’ve made a salad out of it. The fries and onion rings were cold, my daughter's whopper had onions on after I requested no onions. She's diabetic and needed to eat so thankfully she was able to just remove the onions. on the app, it said I could order tacos so I ordered and that location doesn’t even carry tacos. Also in the app said I could order 20 ounce bottle drinks instead of the ice drinks. They didn’t carry that either.So I had to contact support via the app hopefully they’ll be able to fix it, but it's gonna take between 24 and 48 hours. unfortunately, I had to get my son something to eat from somewhere else.
