Ken's Food Market — Local services in American Falls

I love this store because I know just about everyone that works here. There is great customer service here. The people talk to you like they know you (Not just because they do, they will talk like that to strangers too. They're friendly like that). They are always willing to help if you need something. If you ask for something and they don't have it they will see about getting it and if they see in the statistics that it is a hot item then they will get it on the shelves. They will have sells too. Their produce is always fresh when I go there, which I love! I love this store, not because it is the only grocery store in American Falls. I love this grocery store because it is American Falls' family grocery store. There is a bit of everybody in there. You go there, you're going to run into someone you know and say hi! I do! I do it for kicks. I have seen people go there to meet their friends and then get a pizza and a movie at the Red Box I think it is? I know we buy a lot of pizza and movies in our family. It's a great meeting place. You're best friend is likely there. So you should be there too!...

I was shopping with my wife and my two children on Tuesday and as we turned into one of the aisles we were shocked to see two male employee’s kissing right in front of us. All they did was awkwardly look at us and went their separate ways. Now, that wasn’t the problem. The problem was while I was shopping, and when we were exiting the restaurant. It seemed like we were being followed by these two employees, but whenever we’d go to confront them, they just disappear into the back room, only for them to come back out again and follow us more. While we were checking out, one of the same employees was standing right next to the cigarette case, just looking at my daughter for abnormal periods of time. My wife and I are just overall creeped/grossed out by the service we were provided here and we will not...

I absolutely adore this store. They have a massive selection of whatever you may need. There is jackfruit, mini cucumber, purple asparagus and so much more in the produce aisle and all of it looks fresh and well stocked. Their meat department has a variety of brands and homemade German sausage, a of it is fairly priced and looks fresh too. The selection of baking goods, canned items and everything on between is also well stocked and offers options that I haven't seen in other stores before. The employees are friendly, helpful and kind. They also have employees in the parking lot that assist with putting groceries away and taking the cart back. This is a gem and I am looking forward to...
