I can't say enough good things about this business. The owner is perhaps the most ethical business owner with whom I have ever worked. He lives true to his professed standard of always putting the customer first.
We brought him a non-functioning Lionel engine a half hour before closing on Christmas Eve (desperate to have a train under the tree--per tradition). He greeted us graciously and, without hesitation, took it back to his workbench to tinker. Ultimately, the issue was deemed to be more involved than a quick fix would allow, but he worked faithfully on it and went ABOVE AND BEYOND to get it fixed for us, in spite of the complications. It is abundantly apparent that he loves what he does and is good at it, to boot. I am glad that we paid attention to the positive reviews that he received when choosing a place to service the engine.
