Ordered the pastamore signature dish that is supposed to come with homemade parpadelle (my favorite harder to find pasta). Drove 20min for take out and 20 minutes home to discover that I had been given boxed linguine with my meal instead of parpadelle. The dish contained about 4 pieces of artichoke and two pieces of fresh mozzarella, so it was basically linguine. Called to correct the mistake and was told “no” because the kitchen closes at 8:00 (I called at 7:30). Asked for a credit since the homemade pasta is more expensive and was also told “no”. Asked if the person answering the phone could check to see why parpadelle wasn’t served or if they had run out and was also told “no we’re closing soon”. Boxed linguini tasted horrible compared to fresh pasta and I was out an expensive meal with nothing to eat. My brother ordered the chicken parm and got dry chicken with a small side of the same unappealing linguine. Bread was okay… Won’t be wasting money here again.

Stopped in for lunch with friends after reading great reviews online. I want to start by highlighting the incredible service we had during our visit. There was only one person working front of house and she did a fabulous job balancing it all to ensure every customer was attended to. We had the lunch menu items. My specific dish was the bolognese with parpadelle. This bolognese was okay. It required salt and pepper and cheese to make the dish more enjoyable and this seemed the overall theme as my friends described their dishes. The tiramisu was our choice of dessert and it was good. I did notice after we paid that others ordered from the dinner menu (we didnt know this was an option before). Am I in a rush to patron this business again? No. However if my friends invite me again, i would return just because of the quality of service.

We dined in for an early dinner on 3/31/25. Our server was super nice and energetic - maybe even too much, but I’d rather that than the other way. We ordered the Suppli, fried rice balls, which were tasty but flavor was a tad lacking. Once we added a shake of salt they improved. I am a sucker for cheesy tortellini bakes and their was done well. Surprisingly, even with all the cheese, flavor was a little bland. The chicken was fried and baked on top which dried it out a little. My wife ordered the mushroom ravioli which was good but also lacking a bit in presentation and preparation. Overall, we had a nice meal with good service and the food was executed well. There were a couple issues which pushed it down to a 3 for us. It’s a tad pricey which left us wishing the food was just a little better. We would dine again

Me and my family tried out Pastamore for the first time tonight. As we stepped in we could tell it was understaffed with only 2 people handling the entire front of the house. It took probably 3-5 minutes before we got seated. After that it was probably another 10 before we had a waiter get to us, and while there may have only been 2 people, there were also only 6 tables of guests at the time. The blinking of a lightbulb that was dying and driving us crazy, should have keyed us in to leave.

We ordered our whole meal all entries and drinks at once fearing it might take a while if we delayed our orders, this was right to be feared but it did not help. We ordered wine, a beer, and water for the table, a appetizer Suppli a breaded mozzarella stuffed rice ball. The suppli was the single best thing about the meal it was very good 4/5. It would be probably 20-25 minutes before the before the drinks got there and at least 25 before the wine to my mother. The appetizer probably took 30-35 minutes to arrive, and the entree's 45-50 minutes. We ordered for entrees Saltimbocca with veal, Haddock Mediterraneo, and the Filet Minon.

The best was the Haddock Mediterraneo it was covered with tomato and you could barely see the fish which was mildly overcooked but was good enough that meal was a 3/5. The saltimbocca was flavorless, the veal tough somehow likely overcooked, the cheese covering totally separated from the meat and the pasta sauce was watery 1/5. The Filet minon was atrocious the worst in my life. The meat was fine, just a little overcooked, it looked like it had not even been seared you could have convinced me with ease that it had been sous vide. It was totally lacking in any seasoning, no salt, no pepper, no butter. It was just meat, two butterflied pieces stacked one on the other, lacking in anything like preparation. Good texture though, it was good meat just so immensely poorly executed. The broccoli with the filet had turned to mush and didn't even have the graces of being dolloped in butter it was just boiled broccoli with no flavor boiled to hell and back again. The mushroom risotto that came with that plate had large good pieces of mushroom and that is the best that can be said about the risotto, it was watery, unflavored, unseasoned, & unappetizing 0/5.

We quickly asked for boxes and 7-10 minutes later got them thankfully as we were by then the only people left it only took several minutes...

I went here this evening with my partner's family for her dad's birthday and this was possibly the worst ""Italian"" (big quotes here) dining experience I've ever had, truly embarrassing really; let's begin

Items ordered: Soupli (2x), Gnocchi in an Alfredo sauce (2x), Shrimp Portofino, pasta with red sauce and veggies

Pros: •Bread came out hot and the oil was tasty

Cons: •Wait staff: This was probably the worst part of the whole experience. Our server, although kind, was a mess. We ordered the Soupli as an appetizer. It never made it to the table, even though our waitress acknowledged the order, wrote it down and exclaimed "oh good choice! It's very good." After taking our order, she seemingly disappeared for 35+ minutes until our food was ready. She never returned to take my drink order either, even though I told her that I'd order one when she returned. Now, I would understand this wait if the place was packed; it was not. There was no wait with only about 4-5 other parties and plenty of wait staff. No apology for the wait either, or for completely blanking our appetizer.

•Food: As I mentioned earlier, first, our soupli never made it to the table. If that wasn't bad enough, 2 out of the 4 dishes weren't even what was ordered. The gnocchi wasn't gnocchi, it was literal tortellini; most likely our waitress' fault again. What wasn't the waitress' fault was the absolute state of the Shrimp Portofino. The "wine sauce" tasted like they just poured the pasta water on top of everything with no seasoning. The shrimp and scallops seemed like they were boiled and absolutely NO seasoning was added after the fact. Not to mention the that there were 2 micromolecules of feta on top. Oh, and we were asked if we wanted cheese, and as you might have guessed, it never came to the table.

Overall: This was probably the worst "Italian" dining experience I've ever had.

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS: Please, give these other fantastic local Italian restaurants a try instead of this joke: •Portofino in Merrimack (former owners of this joint, but with actually amazing Italian food) •Picola's...

Here's a glowing review for Jamielee, who works tirelessly in a restaurant and consistently delivers exceptional service, especially when it comes to serving the best chicken Alfredo pasta⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. I recently dined at pasta more and had the pleasure of being served by Jamielee. From the moment I walked in, Jamielee's warm and welcoming demeanor set the tone for a fantastic dining experience.Jamielee's professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the meal. Not only did she provide prompt and courteous service, but she also went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of our dining experience was top-notch.Now, let's talk about the food. The chicken Alfredo pasta I ordered was nothing short of sublime. The pasta was perfectly cooked, and the Alfredo sauce was creamy, rich, and bursting with flavor. The tender chicken pieces added just the right amount of protein to make it a satisfying and indulgent dish. What truly set this chicken Alfredo pasta apart, however, was the presentation. Jamielee took the time to plate the dish beautifully, adding a touch of elegance to an already delicious meal.Overall, my experience at Pasta more was exceptional, thanks in large part to Jamielee's outstanding service and the incredible chicken Alfredo pasta. I will definitely be returning soon, and I highly recommend that anyone looking for a memorable dining experience pay a visit to this restaurant.Thank you, Jamielee, for your dedication to excellence and for making my dining experience truly...
