Large inventory, can custom order just not on weekends since they can't give you an estimate. Staff leaves so much to be desired. Staff was helpful at the store only after what I assume a manager saw me asking for help while workers chatted behind the counter, he called out to one and the guy grudgingly tagged along, he wouldn't even help carry the plank until his boss told him to. Phone is a hit and miss, I called once and the girl was helpful, told me I could custom order what I was looking for and gave me a rough estimate. When I called 2 weeks later to inquire another girl said "we don't carry that" when I asked about custom orders she said call back Monday, I asked to speak to someone who could give me a rough estimate and he said "I don't know, I haven't ordered mdf". I just wanted to know if I'd be paying 100 or 1000.

I went to the lumber department and a young man was attempting to help us but because he had been recently transfered to this store he had to ask his older bald coworker if the product that I needed was sold by their store. The older bald man at the lumber counter responded with sarcasm. I was then asked to go to the door and Windows department to ask for a catalog. Another older man there with glasses gray hair seemed to not like getting up from his chair and asked questions in an agressive way as if he was bothered that someone showed up to his counter when he was sitting at a desk looking at a computer screen.
