FIGHT FIGHT FIGHT. I've Been a dealer for 17 years and have see the good, the bad, and the ugly. This place is the UGLY (CADE). Let's start off with the management, it sucks, you try to bring an issue to their attention and they try to kick you out of the auction for making a SUGGESTION. Second there is a lot shill bidding and A LOT of greasing of the palms. My recommendation is to go else and if you happen to get suckered by them, fight tooth and nail for your rights. If the condition report is off, make a video and send it to the arbitration department and ask for an adjustment. Any car you buy that has something funny about it, take the franchise dealer for a courtesy inspection. Don't trust the auction, always communicate via email even after a phone conversation because they will deny the conversation took place. If you feel you are being ripped off and scammed stop by the general managerās office to voice your opinion. If that fails call Manheim customer service, and never stop fight. Unless ALL dealers unite and take the stand that we have had enough, we will continue to be exploited. After all they think we are just a bunch used car morons and we donāt know any better. We dealers are paying big money and we demand a little respect and will take our money else. FIGHT...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreF this place... Overpaid to get a vehicle that I shouldn't have overpaid for. 2007 Chevy Express Van. It was run through as Green Light! You think you're safe? NOPE. Finally got it, and drove it 3 miles to have the Check Engine light come on for the Knock Sensors. Not a cheap fix. I tried to Arbitrate for 2 weeks to the final verdict that they couldn't arbitrate for anything under a $500 repair.
I told them my mechanic quoted me $550 to repair... which they argued their own personal mechanic would charge $250 for the repair. "Great! Can you guys fix it?" Nope, we don't have time to fix it. Best of luck on your vehicle.
I've been coming to this auction for 10 years with my father... and I've noticed a steady trend of unhealthy Crappy vehicles waiting to be passed on to unsuspecting buyers. They will throw a vehicle through the auction over and over again to get as much money as they possibly can.
Also, the seller will be close by to up bid a vehicle if need be or buy it back for himself to resell for more another day.
UPDATE 12/5/2016 They a billing me for their mechanic to look at it for arbitration, which I had no idea they'd do.
Tiffany and Mike will not help you. Hope this place gets the biggest lawsuit to put them out of...

Manheim SoCal completely dropped the ball with a recent vehicle I purchased from them. To be clearāI fully understand the 10-day arbitration window. Thatās not the issue. What is the issue is that the car was clearly damaged while sitting on their lot after the sale, with significant impact to both fenders totaling $5,000ā$6,000 in repairs.
The damage was not present at the time of purchase, and due to shipping delays out of Californiaāsomething many buyers faceāthe vehicle didnāt arrive at my location in time to file arbitration. Despite this, Manheim SoCal refused to take any responsibility or offer any assistance whatsoever.
This is not how a professional operation should treat its clients. It shows zero accountability, poor customer care, and a complete disregard for buyers who canāt immediately pick up their cars. Just know that if a vehicle is damaged while in their possession, youāre still...
