Splash Hopper Express Wash — Local services in Andalusia

I arrived at 7:42 pm and paid $17 for my vehicle to go through the wash. I was impatiently motioned by a young lady to turn my wheels a certain way and then she abruptly told me to make sure my windshield wipers were not on and to keep it in neutral. In my opinion she was not professional and quite abrasive At 7:50 pm I drove to the area where the vehicles are vacuumed (which is included with the purchase of a Hopper wash). At 7:55pm, I was approached by a young man informing me that they were closed. I asked what time they closed and he responded at 8pm. So I informed him that I had 5 minutes then, and that they should have informed me of the closing time when I purchased the Hopper wash. I took photos of my vehicle afterwards because it did not get as clean as I would have expected a $17 car wash to have been. In closing, Andalusia’s businesses should not have teenage adolescents employed unless they take a course/training in customer service I am a business owner myself and since I have transferred to Andalusia, I have not experienced such rudeness and lack of respect anywhere else, more than I have here. I would rather drive to Dothan to have my sons truck washed and detailed than ever go to this...

First of all, the staff at Splash Hopper Express are awesome. They are very helpful and friendly. Today when I went through there, I purchased the wash with the tire shine. I let them know that it didn’t work well on my tires. The girl (I wished I had gotten her name,) said I could go through again, but before I went through, she inspected the tire shine and I was told that because my running boards stick out too far, the sensor thinks my tires stick out that far and doesn’t apply well on my tires. She then told me about the detail station (all free), had some spray for my tires. When I was done with my second car wash, I pull up to the detail area ready to clean my tires when one the employees came up and cleaned them for me! What an awesome place!!! I hate bad service!!! This is the second time in a row I got horrible service from your guys. I take my time cleaning out my car! I always stop at that mud center. Even though there is no mud on my car. I drive a WHITE car. Why do I pull up to the mud station at 8 am and the water was filthy!!!!! Its ALWAYS filthy!!! Then I pull up to your 3 guys.
