Pic-N-Sav — Local services in Andalusia

We moved up from palm beach county, & like most people, we are reluctant wal mart shoppers. I've always preferred actual grocery marts over convenient chain stores. My habits have not changed in Alabama, & i now rely on pic n save to keep my family nourished for fair prices. Even better, the customer service has also exceeded my expectations. For instance, last week, I filled my cart with $430 worth of food , & managed to get to the register 45 minutes before CLOSING, & I DID NOT have my card!! Nathan, the night manager immediately stepped in & calmed me down, as I was about to FLIP OUT! It's been a long 9 Mos. My other half went all the way back to red level to get the card, while Nathan assured me it was fine, & he would put the carts in the big freezer, to keep my meats cold. He was AMAZING. Haven, my cashier, was sweet as pie, & was definitely taking notes from Nathan. They turned a potentially resentful, annoying situation into laughter. Thanks...

Nathan and Mitchell are the best! I love this store and go here weekly for my grocery needs. They make you feel at home and will do everything in their power to take care of your needs. I’ll always come to Pic-N-Sav because it truly makes a difference when your neighborhood grocery store has passionate people that know you by name and actually care to and tell you they got something in stock that you’ve been looking for! I came in today and was greeted with a warm smile by Nathan and he told me a variation of a fruit I had been searching for was in. Mitchell was kind and actually cut it up for me so I could enjoy it on the road....

Everytime I go there the cashiers are rude just like today I got chicken, porkchop, on sale 88 pound good package in my cart they broke 6 package throw in my cart last month the bacon on sale box was expired I wait in big line only 2 cashiers I was in line with cigarettes I came back 3 days later because I didn't had my ebt card put back on the lady said you only get bacon was 25 dollars so I came back wait in line the system went down I waited I told the rude lady I'm here get my refund the manager Tyler was rude I never heard you had refund I said I call the assistant manager the next...
