Stumbled across the March Madness sale while visiting from out of town this weekend. So glad I decided to stop in... I bought a 12 X 15 gorgeous rug, 3 matching runners, & 2 custom cut & bound coordinating door mats. I go to the register to pay and find out I qualified for freebies - 2 5 X 7 indoor/outdoor rugs and another door mat! Thanks to Gwen Couch for her superb customer service and product knowledge, I was able to get in and out in record breaking time. She took me straight to the huge rug selection, located runners and took the special door mat order promptly. When I returned with my truck for pick up, she was watching for me at the door and got me loaded securely. In a day and time where customer service is scarce... not an issue with Orian Rugs. If I could give 0 stars I would. To say the least their customer service sucks. I went in there a week ago to look for a rug for our new house and not one time did someone offer to help me move the rugs around to look at them or help me with anything else. I figured they were busy (they weren't but whatever) so I ended up finding one that I purchased. Kept the receipt in case I did not like it because I am picky. I get the rug home and unrolled and it had spots all over it like it was wet or something dripped on it and I just did not like the way it looked so I immediately rolled it back up and put it in the corner of my house. I took it back up to the store a few days later where they basically called me a liar (even though I had photo evidence of the same day an hour after I bought it with the spots on the rug) and would not give me a refund for it, the manager or whoever he was even pointed his finger in my husbands face and got extremely defensive. Needless to say I will NOT be shopping here again, just buyer beware if you take the rug home with you and decide you do not like it, do not expect to...

This place is wonderful. I got the most absolutely beautiful rug that is the size of my entire living room for around $89. Normally this rug would cost about three or four hundred because of the quality and the size. They were closing at 6 today I went and I got there around 5 so it was hard to run around and look at all the rugs they had in the store and try to match up the ones that match with the colors I have just recently painted in my new home to the colors in the rugs. Thank goodness I was successful and I came home with the most beautiful rug you have ever seen.
