I have had the worst experiences at this pharmacy. Long story short the pharmacy told me they were going to have my medication that day. Instead of calling me and telling me it didn't come in or looking at near by pharmacies that could fill it they let me take the trip in to tell me my prescription wasn't ready. This was not their first time doing this. When I told them that is an important medication that's something you should probably keep ordered the tech just told me we'll we have alot of people on that medication. I said ya that's probably why you should keep it ordered. The pharmacist then chimed in to say it was on back order and I didn't need to talk to her techs that way. I was beyond frustrated. They filled medications i hadn't even been on in a year. When I told the tech I didn't need them and to just put it back she continued to just try and talk over me. The pharmacist threatened to lay her hands on me and her own manager had to tell her to go away. This place is a joke. State will be called next. They are unprofessional and need...
Read moreI have narcolepsy and every month I tryro get a refill they are always out. This month, I requested my refill on the 16th for the 17th, which was my refill date. On the 18th they pushes it back to the 21st. On the 21st they pushed it back until they 28th. This has happened 3 out of the 4 times I requested my refill. The pharmacy techs get defensive when asked why and they say its not their fault because their supplier is out. No other pharmacy has this issue with this medication. This medication is a controlled substance and you are supposed to gradually reduce your dosage because of the dangerous withdrawal symptoms. They never contacted me concerning being back ordered at all. They are making me be out for 12 days without so much as an apology! I am switching all 9 of my prescriptions back to Meijer. They didn’t let me know before I made the trip in. So, she then tells me that “I “ can call other pharmacies and see if they have it. Ok. So I find one that did, they call to have it transferred, but Payless pharmacist tells them I have no refills. I call Payless “what’s going on?” “ oops we forgot to take it out of processing, so the pharmacist thought there weren’t any refills left.
