Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Anderson

I tried to call for 30 mins and it was busy. So I drove to the store to 2 rude employees. After sitting at the window for 5 mins. I get told they can't answer the phone because there is only 2 people working at 7pm on a Saturday night. Then as I'm ordering I asked to substitute marinara sauce for cups of cheese and ruddy they both said that couldn't be done. Then the one said they would have to charge extra for the cheese sauce . Which I find crazy because if I'm not getting one sauce I should be able to change and pick something different at no cost or atleast not $1.25 per sauce I change. She tells me it will be about 30 mintues before it will be ready. But the car that was behind me is still sitting at the window now for almost 15 mins with 3 more cars behind them. So I'm gonna suggest with all the people out of work right now u either hire more help or get new employees because your business isn't gonna last with the rude help u currently have. Unfortunately, I had a really disappointing experience. I ordered ahead, but when I got there, they couldn’t find my order and asked me to pull to the side. While waiting, I watched them take back an order from the car behind us—then walk that same food over to us. I kindly let the staff member know we didn’t feel comfortable accepting it since we didn’t know why it was returned or if anything had been done to it.

She responded with an attitude, asking, “You want it remade?” I said yes, and we ended up waiting another 20 minutes. When the food finally came out, only part of it was fresh—most of it (like the pasta and breadsticks) was already cold by then.

What really frustrated me is that this wasn’t even my first bad experience—I’d gotten the wrong pizza on a previous visit, but gave them another chance thinking it was just a one-off mistake. Sadly, this second time around didn’t restore my confidence. It felt like there was a lack of care or effort, and that’s disappointing as a...

Ordered pizza and was told it would take 40 minutes. I sat in the front room waiting at 30 minutes and waited another 30 when I had my mom call asking where it was.

The delivery driver said she knocked, but no one answered. She decided to leave the pizza on the ground rather than call us. So for 30 minutes the pizza was sitting on the ground, outside. I find it and its covered in ants.

We call to replace it and they say we have to give them the first pizza to make sure we didn't eat it and were lying. They are free to have the ant covered pizza if they wanted, but the second delivery person decided to not take it for obvious reasons.

Oh, and the replacement left out part of our order.
