My bff brought me here for a new experience. Bonnie was wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable in all aspects of flavor and production. Had Vodka Pear Cocktail, yum! Bought Bourbon on spec. My Goodness! I shared with my sis as a sipper and it was most enjoyable. Resting on my tongue, breath thru the nose and swallow. The flavor was smooth with a slightly smoky after flavor, enhancing the aromas. One of the best Bourbons that we have enjoyed in our lifetime. Ve vill be back. Beyond stellar service. Came from out of town, but not treated like out-of-towners. Greeted and welcomed right away. Flight choices were explained to us along with options. We were able to grab seats right after ordering at the front.

The flight of cocktails were on point. The Himalaya cocktail is delicious. Staff checked in with us three times to see how we liked things. Couldn't help but pick up some canned Moscow Mules on the way out. ...
