Would not say customer service is their cup if tea. Asked them if they could tell me the inseam length on a pair of jeans. They said well you have to try them on. I said I would like to know what your "long" inseam is as some stores deem long 33" others 35"/36" and I need a 35" minimum. She says I will go ask... comes back and tells me I will need to try them on. I said I simply just want to know the length, if you don't know what inseam your product is that's fine, but can you find out? She says you need to try them on... I left. I like it... The girls there are very helpful when I go in there to buy clothes for my girlfriend for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc... If she's not with me they definitely help immensely to make sure whatever I buy is correct and goes together properly. If she is with me they help her find what she's looking for so I don't have to answer too many...
