Ridiculous!! Prescriptions been there since Monday were not ready on Thursday due to coronavirus and staffing. The young man was extremely apologetic and assured me at 945am that he put them along with the refills and 2 more new scripts would b ready by 3pm. I was running late due to doctor appointment and did not get there until nearly 5p only to b told they weren't ready..no apologies or sorry just you can back. So I asked if they planned on paying for my gas at 5bucks a gallon..no didn't think so. Another worker said if I could wait they would have them within 25 min or so. I left Kroger at 545!
