I continue to value and appreciate this store! From the moment you enter the door the employees represent the definition of service. Although times have changed and so much has changed in the world; the way they make serving their customers a priority hasn’t changed since I’ve shopped there for over a decade. Wade continues to be very personable and doesn’t just sit in his office. He comes out and interacts with the customers. Tim has been trained well! He continues to be excellent everytime I visit as well. He explains everything and strives to ensure he’s meeting the customer needs. He also is honest and demonstrates a man with integrity. The delivery men, there were two of them, were phenomenal as well. They were extremely respectful of my home, asked questions, took great care of my product while bringing it in and assembling, took their time to ensure the product was assembled properly, and made sure I knew how to operate it. Quality products and the same as cash option is also a bonus when doing business with this store. I posted a review after I received the bed and I just wanted to say I was a bit Hasty and leaving my review I'd had a bad day very stressful time for me and I just want to say wade does a fine job always and taking care of me and my needs as far as appliances and whatever the case may be he found this bed for my husband he was in a severe car crash and and needed a adjustable bed he found that bed very quickly and had it here just as fast and I am so appreciative of that and I was also a bit grumpy with the servicemen and I apologize for that they did nothing wrong they needed to speak with me and they didn't know where to go in the house and it was just a big misunderstanding. Overall I'm very happy with Rent One and their manager Wade and also their servicemen. Wade and I spoke today and he tried to find me a bed that would accommodate my husband's stature and it's just an unrealistic request. Thanks...

I was looking for furniture and a mattress for my daughter and her new apartment. That she was going to be moving in pretty quickly and after looking online we weren't able to find what we were looking for so we went to our local Rent One to look around and with the help of Gary we did find a mattress that day. Then she found a couch love seat combo on one of their flyers. They didn't have that set in their store so Gary called the closest store that did have that set she was looking at and he had it brought from that store to the store in Anna for her to look at and to see if it was something that she was interested in or not.
