Saw some pictures on FB and loved the way the cakeS looked, decided to order but was worried as sometimes they look great but don’t taste that great from other places! Definitely not the case with this cake!! This cake not only looked incredible but also tasted incredible. The customer service was top-notch and Charlotte was beyond helpful and kind. She responded to my FB message within a few hours and helped plan a cake my daughter would love. She did a golf cake but added personal touches which my daughter loved, including the flag having her age and a girl figure on the side. She helped plan a flavor my daughter requested, Oreo, and worked with me on the price due to budget issues. She arranged a pick up based on my needs, gave me instructions for getting it home safely, and wore a mask the whole time! The cake was so moist and yummy and when I walked into the room with this cake my daughter was so happy she smiled for hours and didn’t want to eat it. This is definitely where my cakes will be coming...

Beautiful and Delicious.

I reached out via FB messenger and to order a cake for my wife’s birthday. There was a brief back and forth with planning the details, and Charlotte was quickly responsive, helpful and quickly whittled my cornucopia of ideas into a cohesive concept. The entire communication and transition was conducted via apps (my preference).

The cake arrived at the designated time, and was beautiful. The flowers were made of buttercream and fondant and the detail appeared painstaking, the tiger lily was so life-like that my wife thought it was real. The purple geode was made of rock candy.

And then the taste: The cake was lemon with raspberry jam and almond crumbles. Each bite was sublime in it’s texture, balance of flavors, and texture.

Cakes by Charlotte is beyond amazing ! Charlotte is very accommodating, responsive and compassionate.....in addition to her creativity and simply delicious cakes! I was referred by a neighbor based on her high recommendation based on the professional look and taste of her cake! Charlotte spoke with me regarding the budget and my 11 daughter regarding her vision (i.e tween fashion runway)for the cake and what a phenomenal experience it was .....her team delivered the cake on time and with care!
