The company needs a little customer service work…very snappy woman answers calls. Then she prefers to ask questions instead of answering whats being asked of her. I asked whether on not the company HAD a character and instead was asked about my location. Lady continues to combat with me because im not giving you any info until you tell me if you have the character or not. It’s always a choice to give good customers service and Marcus or “Chase” from Paw Patrol I should say was absolutely amazing and gave a stella performance for my godchildren’s bday party. He was so professional and patient with all of the kids while they got their face painted including the adults too. Everyone had such a memorable time the entire time he was there. And when “Chase” arrived the party escalated with more bells and whistles!! I had to take the time to give a comment regarding Marcus’ excellent customer service and performance.
