Everyone was eager to assist where they could and took the time to get to know me, which is what made this a memorable and enjoyable experience. The team was very patient in the fitting process of my necklace. Each time I made a minor request, they happily made the adjustments and insisted their highest priority was for me to love wearing the piece. Jim & Joel were creative when it came to the design of my customized necklace. They offered ideas and options that enabled me to make informed and confident decisions to ultimately, with their collaboration, create a beautiful piece to match my unique aesthetic.

It’s very haunting trying to figure out what places cost to size jewelry in general & who does good work!! We didn’t HESITATE to take it to Miller’s because they were VERY transparent about there price & even rushed our ring!! I didn’t even think TWICE that there was a SMALL rush charge because they didn’t even take 24 FULL hours to size it!! THE RHODIUM upgrade REALLY made my ring sparkle ❇️ like a BRAND new ring! 💍. I can not say enough good things about Miller's Jewelry! I have been in multiple times for a lot of different products and they have always taken care of me. I went in to pick out an engagement ring and ended up custom designing one instead and it is perfect. They helped me figure out what I liked and offered suggestions that fit with what I was looking for. I also needed to get a ring for my husband and since he is such a procrastinator it was a week before our wedding and he still didn't have one. Miller's was able to help me get a ring that fits him and our budget that we are both super happy with.
