Bargain Bins — Local services in Anniston

Great bargains on ocassions to be had. Large selection of low end products. Ive often seen broken glass, sharp or pointed metals in the Bins. Customer and staff safety must come before profit. The staff spend more time communicating between themselves than with customers. The savings really don't justify the poor customer service, the trash and filth left in the bins. Not worth the crowd, filth, snooty childish employees, and lack of quality products.

• UPDATE ** Its just OKAY. Manager said they now send the best items to their auction site. It's great to know as a customer of the local store that the best and most expensive items are shipped off and not available to be bought at the largest discount. What was once a nice place is no longer really worth the hassle. I've never seen a retail store with such rude employees. The manager seems lost and can't reel in his employees. Why does he tolerate one of his floor employees wearing head phones while working on the sales floor? That employee reacts like she is terribly bothered when asked a question. Very poor attitude like most of the employees. For a long time I was able to find great bargains for items that I could use. Now the items being sold are lower cost items and the Friday 10am to 3:00pm price of 13$ is ridiculous. The merchandise appears to be rejects from other bin stores. Between the bad merchandise and the terrible employees it's hard to justify spending time there going through the disorganized mess. Watch out for the broken glass and sharp items found in most bins. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU LIKE TO PURCHASE DAMAGED ITEMS OR ITEMS MISSING PARTS. I DO NOT...

Edit - I messaged them on Facebook and was told to go meet with Jesse on the following day, Sunday. I showed up at opening that day and he was already on top of it. I spoke with him for a moment and he explained that it was an accident as Saturday has such a short prep time before open and is typically pretty chaotic. He refunded me the difference to reflect my total as if I was charged for $6 items. They were very helpful and I appreciated that. People are allowed mistakes and I told him things happen. I have changed my rating from the previous 1 star to reflect this experience, the mistake in costs was my only complaint.

$6 Saturday is apparently $12 Saturday if you are paying with a CC of any type. I bought 6 items, mostly electronics and all out of the regular bins, that I expected to be slightly above $36 after tax but it turned out to be $81 and some change. I was simply told that there was a CC surcharge and nothing more when I was paying for my items. Luckily my electronics worked so it more than covered the $81. The post from earlier this morning on their Facebook page even states that today is $6 Saturday with no other comments on special exceptions. One of my friends paid at the same register and it was the same charge of $12 an item, but my other friends paid at a separate register with CC and only had to pay $6 a piece at the other register before any extra charges. L this is a great place to visit if you're looking for deals on things that you don't necessarily know you need. They can have everything from car parts. Pieces tub RC Cars 2 drapery clothing anything that's been returned to Walmart online orders Amazon or Kohl's Etc will be there you name it. I wouldn't recommend anybody going in this place looking for a specific item this is more if you want to go to a place and going blind just look for a random things you may or may not need. My only gripe with the place is after $7 day which is Friday everything seems to be scattered out all the boxes have been opened in pieces of things are missing if people would be more courteous and put things back in boxes and not bright guidons fighting over the good ones they find then it would be a lot better experience. The staff is really friendly it's just the customers who can make the experience a little bit less than enjoyable because people want to fight over item sometime and like I said after $5 day they're definitely isn't going to be a single item in a box and most of the items are going to be missing pieces are half broken because of the carelessness the previous customers but as a whole the business is great the staff springle and I never had a bad experience except with other people that...
