Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Anniston

I was disappointed in the BBQ nuggets. They were the size of the tip of my thumb. Also mostly cooked dough and very little. I am adding to my previous post. I truly believe this is the worst sonic there is. When talking to managers nothing is done. So I asked for the area manager (their name) I gave my name and cell waited a week and no call back, so I called again and asked the manager there for a call back from the area manager. Finally someone called back and never showed any empathy whatsoever. He even asked me why did I continue to go to the same Sonic if I had so many problems. I told him its right beside my work. He was very argumentative, disrespectful and rude. I would not give a star if I didn't have too. I absolutely hate the place. Went there today order the chicken tender meal that came with 5 tenders, tots, onion rings and a drink. The first time he brought it out the tenders were the size of my index and pinky finger, they were cold and nasty looking. I addressed that to the guy and he said he would go and get it fixed. He cane back out and they didnt look much better but i was going to deal with it and started pulling stuff out of the bag and there was only one onion ring. We were supposed to have two for my meal and my husbands. I got them back out there and they basically called me a liar. So either the employees need to learn their menu or its false advertising. It clearly says AND AN onion ring. Wont be back. Theoretically i would give it NO STARS!! Also the workers were cursing and smoking right...

Ok Sonic... this is the second time you guys have screwed up my order!!.. i came in about 8:30pm on the 2nd of July and ordered 2 of new summer time chicken Bacon sandwiches... along with a cheese burger and 3 orders of fries... a total of over $19.00 and paid with my debit card... i got home and was handing my family what they wanted and i see both of the summer time Chichen Bacon sandwiches have no BACON!!.. what is up with that Sonic??... the guy that brought me my order even called back what i ordered To me to make sure it was correct b4 he handed it 2 me!!..Sonic... you owe me some money back because i paid for sandwiches with Bacon and did not recieve it.. for that reason i am giving...
