I bought a battery with a warranty in July that went bad and due to a glitch, the warranty didn't show up under my customer number. They even reached out to an out of state auto zone to ensure I can get a swap and get the warranty updated after looking for my transaction. The Las Vegas store was impressed as the Anthony store even had copies of my receipts and my customer number written on their records. Due to good accounting practices, they helped resolve the issue. Other corporations would throw the customer out the door and say its not showing up under your warranty, tough! But not this auto zone store. And not Auto Zone.
