Quick to reply about antenna and come to our place. Had sent a picture of existing antenna s on tower, but didn't inform us that he wouldn't use tower. Told us how much better his antenna would receive channels over our old antenna. His solution was pricey and we were surprised he wanted to do now. Seemed a bit pressured, but decided to go forward due to his confidence. Final product had less channels than old antenna, he blamed metals in ground. Additional $350 to possibly improve reception.
