Goldfield Station — Local services in Apache Junction

We paid for the combination where you get the mine tour, mystery shack, and train. The mine tour with Matt was awesome. That guy gets 5 stars. He made the tour fun and interesting. He even kept our kids attention. Then we got to the train. We waited for the train and when it showed up we got immediately cut off by a bunch of kids with a school. Then we were told we had to wait for the next one due to the school going. It would have been nice if someone told us that so we hadn’t waited. We decided to while we wait for the train go up to the mystery shack. Upon arriving the guy told us it would be an hour wait to do that. We went back and got our money back and left because by then it was too hot to just be sitting and waiting with the kids. I think it would have been fun if we could have done what we had...
