Get rid of Kat. She's only hurting your business. 3 years going here. I have stopped going to others for the same offense, and this place will lose my business as well.
I, unfortunately got stuck with Kat at 2:10 pm on 5/27/2018. She started out with asking; "what am I looking for." I replied: "I'd like to smell the top-shelf to make a decision." This is where the Egotistical Kat shows her assertive I-call-the-shots-boss-face.
Kat continues by just standing there like a moron and says; "ok" and just stares at me. (Again, this is 2:10 pm on 5/27/2018 so check the tape) The egotistical Kat then adds: "what do you want?" I repeat myself; "I'd like to smell the top-shelf to make a decision" The egotistical Kat then roles her eyes and says ok, and puts the first one down and looks at me like I'm unreasonable. So I ask, is there a reason you're being rude to me? She replies: "I feel like you're being rude to me." I then state: "all I've asked was to smell the product, and I need to smell the product to make a choice of which I'll buy." She says: "Ok", and put's the next sample down rudely. I then ask: "Can work with someone else?" The egotistical Kat replies; "NO, you're stuck with me" So I said that I have stopped going to other places that give an attitude about smelling the product, and I will stop coming here if it's now a problem. The egotistical Kat replies: "You can leave" So I asked; are you refusing service to me? The egotistical Kat replies: "No, but you can leave" So I said: "I need to work with someone else please" The egotistical Kat replies: "Then you'll have to wait outside again" So I said: "ok" The egotistical Kat replies: "I'm taking you out of my system now" So I ask: "What's your name?" The egotistical Kat replies: "I'm Kat, and I'm the supervisor" I ask: "Supervisor? really?" The egotistical Kat replies: "Yes" (With a proud smile)
After filing a request to talk to the owner, I was then brought to the back again to start over.
The gentleman that helped me then made a huge deal that I can smell them but I can't open them. So I asked: Has someone said I tried to open them? He then repeated himself, so, so did I. Finally the actual sales process begun, and the gentleman was overly cautious about what he did and said. He then said he has to be careful because she is listening and watching. I then state: "we are on camera, aren't we?" He replied: "Yes" So I said: "We'll be ok then"...
I have NO Idea what he was referring to, but it was VERY apparent that the egotistical Kat had made her defense that I was trying to open the displays, and that was her excuse for being unreasonable, rude, unfriendly, unwelcoming, unhelpful, and lacking of any type of customer service, let alone her job.
I've seen so so many of the egotistical Kat's type. She misses controlling someone or something. But she enjoys controlling revenue.
You've been warned.
Edited- The owners never called. Clearly they are the limitation of their own business like most business strategist teach. I haven't been back...

Maybe the person on the phone who screamed and yelled at my wife on the phone 5 min ago should learn law before you try to bring someone who knows quite a bit about it down. This is definitely not over and will end up on the news if need be. So I suggest someeone with a brain that won't lie contacts me because after today i am absolutely not letting it go. UPDATE!! So now the female driver is lying saying that I said while my wife was here mind you that I was in the shower and was hoping she would come in simply because I said I couldn't get to the door because I was in the shower. This place is the shadiest,rude flat out lying dispensary I've ever even heard of. First off to the female driver calm down girl I have a wife and you ain't it... When I called to explain the situation I was told that James and Tommy who are the heads up made that call.but nobody around to talk to or make right since even supervisor and managers are willing to lie I would wonder about my manager and driver personally. Please at all costs they aren't even the cheapest. They were amazing at first but now just a joke. If u have a dollar to give save it I promise you!! My calls are recorded and it will show everything. If I could give lower of a star I would lol I ordered online for delivery and when the driver got here would not give me my order because she Assumed I was paying debit. Then lied to her boss and said I pulled out my ndebit card. Manager trys to act dumb like he doesn't know policy but first you have to check id. And then payment. So if I pulled out my debit card and she was gonna let me pay wouldn't that be illegal? And the manager knew that. Still just all lied and would not bring me my order. Gave me a small credit and basically told me I'm sol. I'll use my credit and then I'll never use this place again. I highly doubt this location will be in business long but owell. Keep this in mind I suppose when you order. Also to the reply I appreciate that first off. Also the manager other than not telling the truth or truly not knowing policy didn't help at all. Also when I told him I use this for my seizures and would just speak with my attorney I got hung up on. So they did give me a small credit for the order they wouldn't sell me and if I'm being honest other than that issue you guys have been awesome. And the driver has been amazing as well. Would have recommended to anyone and everyone until yesterday. But business is business. I used my credit today and I guess that will be it. Ide love to stay with y'all but not if that's how you guys treat your customers. Simply because the driver said something in the managers eyes nothing I said mattered. I am a vet and I was going to pick some product for my son.(which I found out you are not allowed to do).did not know what he was getting but read what was on the post it note he gave me. The cashier had to run back and get what I had told him to get .It was not ready even though it was called in by my son. I guess I was not paying close enough attention to what he was saying as he packaged it up. Paid left ,went home ,low and behold wrong product. went back and basically was told this is not their problem. I told them it was not my fault I received the wrong product. argued with a little girl who was supposedly the manager. She said her cashier was right. He had stated he did not hear what I had said through the plexy glass barriers which is an ongoing issue according to my son who was a frequent customer , she still backed him. The customer ,according to this manager is never right. I did get a little heated being called a liar and was asked to leave. Another employee who happened to be a vet spoke to me outside. I calmed down and apologized to all involved. In my opinion the one who should be in charge should be the vet who was very professional. The so called manager should be retrained or just become a "bud tender". Customers are not valued here .Lots of other dispensaries around find one that appreciates your business. I thought you would want to keep repeat business. Sooner or later you have to have some sort of a wake up call We will be taking are business elsewhere...
