Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Apache Junction

I genuinely enjoy shopping at Ross, but sometimes it's hit or miss on any item. In other words, you might not ever find the same item you purchased on a prior shopping visit. It's a good idea to buy several of the items you like or will need again when they are available. Also, each Ross store have different items or inventory. You might only find an item you like at one Ross store location. Still, there are many pros when considering all this. It means there are so many more unique items to choose from at the various Ross stores than any other department store, & the prices are usually amazing. Make sure to check out all the departments with clearance items from woman's clothing, home decor, to men's sports & sportswear. (including name brands!) I save up my money before shopping at Ross, so I can buy ithe items on my list, & some extras! Yup, impulse buying is easy to do with so many nice things! Give yourself a few hours at least, so you're able to take your time in this big store. There's even a infant/toddler department with clothes, toys, & more with amazing prices. They carry name brands at a discount. As far as employees go, they are friendly & helpful from the moment you walk in the store & they greet you, until you leave. If you need help, employees can be found quickly without searching. Finally, If you purchase more than u can carry, pull your car up right outside the store doors and load up. So went shopping last weekend, I spent well over 100 dollars the lady behind the counter did not smile or laugh at any joke. My husband calm said hey maybe smile next time, cashier got defense and said he face was just like that??? Kinda sad. I then tried to return a pillow which I found my husband to be allergic to I purchased it with a 10% discount, I threw away my receipt, lady behind the counter tried to look for the item but said no more she couldn't return it, she even called the manager for help who didn't even come up! The item was 4.99, I assume they don't pay attention to there items because she didn't recognize it to give me credit for 4.99! With all the great reviews I would have thought so! I found a jacket. It was clearance price at $6 something. What a deal. Guy rang it up and looked at me strange. He called for someone to do a price check. I told him I don't want it if I dont get it for clearance sticker price. As i waited i got impatient went back and found one just like it in different size. This other coat was not clearance. Ross employee said look last night we had price changes in here. What did that mean? So I said keep your merchandise. You are a crook. Other employee says wow!
