Where do you even begin about this place and the service here. First and for the most if you want to get screwed over here is the place to go. So my situation was a little confusing to them apparently, I came in looking for a living room set put money down and had that all schedule couldn't get a delivery out until 1 1/2 out of my purchase date due to them having a truck down from getting stuck in mud trying to do a delivery else where. So week went by i ended up finding a deal 10X better and cheaper on a new set of couches American Freight Furniture in Corpus Christi by the way, so same damn went back and cancelled what i had purchased was not needed anymore. Kiera ended up trying to get me to get into something else and she is very good at her sales job so i went through with it and ended up getting my son a x box 1. Now get this i paid 3 months in advance on my living room set that I was originally going to get so therefore Kiera was suppose to just transfer that over from that account over to the Xbox. 3 months down the line here I'am nobody knew where the money was i kept asking how much the remainder of my account was i kept getting put on hold and kept going through all the employees mind you I'm already upset that they couldn't pin point how much i put down in there system nor have any information, all they were worried about was collection being behind a week on a payment but yet not have all there ducks in a row, with that being said I spoke with Jeff and was sure that i was returning the XBOX they charge 700 for and will not be doing business at there office, and will let everyone know how screwed up these people are. Read moreThere customer service is horrible. I have dealt with Aarons for years (this one for 3). I have never been late on a payment in fact usually paid my things off early. The first time being late on a payment they treat you horribly. They don't care how many years you have been with them and made payments on time. They were very sarcastic and rude. I was in shock by the way they would treat such a loyal customer the first time the're late. My husband and I both have great credit and can go anywhere. Read moreI used to be a loyal customer, I have been with Aaron's for about 3 years now, anytime I thought I might be late or need an extension on a payment I called way before to let them know, this last month I asked if I could simply make my payment of $68 on the 16th two weeks away, I was told that I could just make a payment of 20 by the lady at the desk , but when I talked to the collection man, he told me I had to make the full payment that there was no way I could make the payment on the 16th, or they would charge me for two payments (150)including late fees, was very disappointed that they not only lied to me but dint even attempt to help me and simple gave me and my husband attitude and sarcasm.
