Location: Motel 6 Arcadia/Pasadena. Formal complaint: This Motel 6 location is getting worse and worse by the hour/ day.. There are so many transients and releases staying on a 28 vouchers. There is no security on this property whatsoever. There is only 1 camera which is at their office. (No range) so do not expecr to get anything on camera. Tires have been slashed, there is a guy that is living here now, he tried to sell me a Honda civic for $500 with no title or papers, and he had a sander so.... So I assume its stolen. This MOTEL 6 only cares about meeting their quota with bookings. These people don't care about the guests safety!!! If your moving don't leave your belongings unattended. So please be advised. Management offers no relief or customer service. Natalie who works the night shift stays watching the camera that sits in front of the office and apparently doesn't see or hear anything. She is very condasending and will always offer a bogus corporate # so the complaints go directly to her boss Caroline, but just stays there. If you would like to make a real complaint you need to contact guest relations. You want to know the truth about the amount of calls and complaints they receive call the local Arcadia police dept. People are cooking and distributing drugs on this property. On a daily. If the police dept brought a K9 unit threw here, I guarantee they would make plenty of arrests. I have been offered drugs of all forms and complained to the office and they do absolutely nothing!! Nothing! Their response is "OH" ... The past week, a car was stolen on the property, there have been assaults etc... They have a tendencies to allow patrons to have more than 4 people and will not follow their policy and procedures. The red zone is used constantly. The rooms are entered without permission by staff. So I advise buying a cheap camera on amazon. Major issues. Lots of unwanted smells. Arcadia seems to have a transient issue anyway and they are fleeing to this location because no body from management seems to want to enforce the rules here. Its like a playground of crime, drugs and stolen property!!!!! Literally!! People come here and work on their cars here. So I find that interesting. If you had your car stolen, I would check this property first. The city really needs to take a closer look. You'll meet your ticket quota here. This is now a franchise location, so don't expect safety at all!!!!!!!!! Sleep with 1 eye open here. I am a consumer, taxpayer.
