Great idea but poor in execution. The entry process could have been much more organized. Staff could be friendlier, you have a scowling manager working the front being curt with paying customers and apathetic teens not being of much help. There were wet spots scattered around the jump areas. Most of the jump areas were not supervised or regulated by staff making it dangerous for small children since there were adults falling over and running at high speeds. My small toddler was nearly trampled by adult men on two occasions and was knocked over by several children. She has scrapes and bruises all over her legs. I saw ripping and puncture marks throughout the play area and exposed Velcro. One of the play area obstacle courses has a rope area where the rope was torn and loose which creates a strangulation hazard. There was also no food available for purchase and the beverages were too expensive. For the price of entry you would expect a trailer bathroom rather than Porta pottys. I only been there two different times. I thought it was gonna be a really good place for my son but unfortunately not only pay for him. I had to pay for myself too. It’s only for an hour and a half. I wish there would be more time to play and I really wish us adults who do not go there to play with our kids should not have to pay for a ticket to go in. That’s a waste of money. I rather go elsewhere than my son can play all day. Another place that is more affordable especially my son has a lot of energy and hour and a half is not good enough for him. He needs at least five or six hours for playtime. They continue charging adults, especially for me. I don’t have that kind of energy to play like that. I will go in, but I’ll be sitting around. Pretty awesome experience. Our family went during a semi wet weekend Sat, the place wasn't packed so there was plenty of space for the kids and everyone to jump around. There was a line in the beginning to get everyone checked in, but the process was fast, the tickets were easy to buy online. There was staff in the jumpers to get the kids safe, I would say they can use a few more in the larger areas, but overall it was sufficient.
