If im not mistaken.. I spoke to Jose.. I asked if they worked on Audi.. yes he said.. I explained the issue.. he said.. it could be different issues.. I would have to take it in.. so they can look over it and the charge would be $75. I take it in early morning.. the whole day goes by.. I hadn't heard from them.. and it was getting close to closing.. s I reach out.. just to hear.. they didn't check it.. and they couldn't do anything. I have a VW TDI diesel, after weeks looking for a mechanic ( locally and online) to fix the turbo ( diesel are complicated and some works involve a lot of parts to be removed) I decided to to garage the car ( was at Santa Monica Motors, they say in their weebside can fix everything and did not take my car) . Then one friend of mine recommended Rusty, great person , very profesional with deep knowledge and fair prices. I could not believe when called after one week and said the car was ready. Sometimes the size of the business is not the most important...but...

No longer Rusty’s but using Rusty’s account and reviews. Beware of this place they are shady. Ask for quote up front and don’t leave your car if they don’t give you a quote. Was charged $483 just for LABOR for oil change and spark plugs. This was ONLY LABOR! If you don’t know much about automotive repair or a female, I suggest go elsewhere.

Using old reviews when this place was Rusty’s. This new business here just opened so anything from a couple years ago should be removed or new business should start a new google...
